Founded in 1979 CES is proud to present our Edinburgh training centre. CES offer both full time (4-week) and part time (10-week) CELTA courses. Our courses are delivered by a team of highly qualified and experienced trainers who are available to offer guidance, support, and feedback to all participants
We have over 40 years of experience teaching students from around the globe and have successfully been involved in teacher training through much of this through Erasmus+ programmes and initial teacher training.
At CES we are happy to offer extra and continued support before, during and after your CELTA through our pre-course work, CES Moodle support site and CELTA Jobs.
Our 100% online full time courses have content delivered by tutors in real-time lessons via Zoom so you don't have to worry about self-directed study. Our tutors will be there to guide and support you.
If you need more flexibility, our part-time option is available. With this you can study when and where it suits you. Our tutors will be on hand to assist with guided lesson planning on a weekly basis.
Our courses start from £1250
Help with Employment
Here at CES, we are proud to liaise with EF and NOVA language schools who are recruiting teachers in China and Indonesia (EF) and Japan (NOVA). We also work with The London School of English in Ukraine. Working with them will give you the opportunity to quickly gain some more language teaching experience as well as putting into practice all that you have learnt on the course. They are often on the lookout for enthusiastic and qualified teachers.
We offer help with homestay and self-catering accommodation
Refund policy is outlined during the interview process
