I had a very fruitful experience during the course and I have many good stories to tell. I especially thank Professor Emma Johnston and Jack Giffin. They are excellent and very well prepared professors. Library people were also very supportive and gentle with me. They are very polite an nice people.

The course was excellent! The tutors were definitely the best part of it, very knowledgeable, patient and helpful at all times. I really felt they wanted us to improve in all the different stages of the programme. This course provided me with a hands-on teaching approach which not only changed my teaching practice for the better, but it will also give my students a much more active and participative role in their own learning.

We had an intense and very rewarding learning experience on the CELTA course. The tutors were excellent and constantly helpful. The only downside is the amount of paper we use. I'm sure a solution could be found to reduce how much paper we use during the course. That said, I'm grateful for the opportunity to meet so many incredible people and to learn from clearly experienced and incredible tutors.

Overall I am happy with the course, especially the practical aspect of it. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was that during the “official visit” the representative from Cambridge was more interested in covering for CELTA than actually listening to our feedback and requests.

I thought the course was in general very well planned, the tutors were extremely helpful and genuinely concerned we were doing well both academically and with our physical and emotional well-being. It was a a wonderful learning experience in which I truly felt I learnt a lot, and on the best manner possible

The experience itself was great, I learnt a lot from my tutors, who really cared about our learning and our performance as teachers. However, I gave 3 out of 5 stars to the facilities because we had some problems with the printing room, which was also quite small for the 18 of us.

The course was good. One of the tutors (Ben) was extremely good and I learnt a lot from some of his sessions. The facilities could have been improved by having photocopiers on site. Also, the 4th floor teaching room was extremely hot and cramped for the number of students. I think the course could be shortened by a few days if the input lessons in the second 2 weeks of the course were not taught as per CELTA methodology (e.g., warmer, pairing, group work, etc.). A lot more theory could be taught in these lessons and/or the time shortened to an hour for each.

A very intensive course that makes you work for everything to show your progress. It is worth all the effort and sleepless nights as our tutors ensure that we get the concepts and the model for teaching. I'm happy with the outcome.

It was a very rewarding experience. I've been working as a teacher for little time, so this course has helped me review plenty of things that I had learnt in my previous studies. And I would totally recommend the CELTA course to my colleagues, because it is going to help them improve the areas they might lack knowledge in, as it helped me become a better teacher today.

The course was excellent. Teachers really knew what they were doing. However, they could have planned their teaching in a way students learned more by doing than by errors that were later taught how to avoid.

It was an amazing course. I had a great and enrinching experience. I learned so many new things. Teachers were always available for supporting us. And the relationship with other students was fantastic in terms of helping each other. The library is a wonderful place for studying and preparing classes. You find magnificient books and material there. Wifi was in the entire building that was awesome. And using computer there and printing our material was really helpful and remarkable. I'm very happy and satisfied to have taken Celta at Universidad Chileno Británico.

It was an intensive course, but I learned a lot and I will put everything in practice once the holidays are over.

I enjoyed every bit of it. The only thing I find concerning is that the CELTA Methodology Standards are so high and strict, which can be quite discouraging as regards scoring the Plus Standard Mark. I suggest tha the Tutors be a little lenient in that regard, with students who show diligence, responsibility and strong determination.

This course has given a great chance to see the type of teacher I really am and how to develop my strengths and work on my weaknesses. I have never learnt so much about teaching than what CELTA has offered. I could never imagine that one could receive and put into practice many things in such a short period of time.

Amazing and inspiring tutors who were always ready to help - unlimited support at all times, they really make sure that they do everything they can to make you a successful teacher. The facilities were somewhat dilapidated, and the lack of a photocopier made live hard for everyone. Non acceptance of foreign credit cards was a shock considering we are in 2016 and the consequent run-around caused by this was highly off-putting. I must say that Anita who is in charge of finance was very helpful under difficult circumstances.

An enjoyable experience which gives you a lot of experience and knowledge about teaching.

I would 100% recommend doing the CELTA at the Britanico. I learned a ton from the course tutors and from the hands on teaching practices. It was definitely really intensive, but worth it so you actually feel prepared to teach. The only difficulty at this center was printing resources--not very up-to-date, and it created stress on teaching days.

It was a great experience overall, tutors were always there to help us and the materials for the course were always available. The program was rigorous and intense, but it really helped prepare me for teaching abroad. They gave great instruction in methodology, and integrated practice teaching into every day of our program.

A very demanding course for someone with a full time day job. Somehow the "Standard" qualification covers so much ground. I couldn't be more satisfied after the course as I feel it made quite a difference, its effects on my performance are profound and will continue to improve my teaching and allow me to embark on new professional projects.

My experience in the CELTA course was overall good. The input sessions were very helpful and the feedback from the tutors was almost all the time well executed and clear. I would've liked to have more opportunities to observe my peers teaching and a better administered number of students in each class we had to teach.

The whole process went smoothly from the first contact onwards. Tutors are great! One of the classrooms was allright, the second one not so much. Great that lunch was included. The alloted amount for photocopies was slightly low, I recommend you increase it to 15 or 20 thousand. The copying facilities nextdoor were great. Great experience!

The experience was great. The course is very effective. The location was convenient but the university does not have a parking area for bicycles.

Overall, it was a great course delivered without any major problems. Christian Tiplady was an excellent tutor and having Ben around to give us support was also a plus. Ronda did a great job with assisting us with whatever we needed whenever we needed.

The course was intense but very good to learn from. Great Administrative staff, including Anita Veas and Ronda Haverland. The tutors were great thanks to Fran Padilla and Ben Hughes. I would do it again if I could because there is always something new to learn from this course. Now I am a teacher teaching in many institutes and private classes.

I would say that it was a fantastic experience ! Everything was very professionally executed and in Chile that is a challenge! Although the course was pretty intense and tough, both the teachers and administrative staff gave a lot of support and made the month a very happy time.

I found the CELTA course very rewarding, though unfortunately much too short to consolidate all the information that we were given in the sense of actual skill adquisition. I did, although, become familiar and more aware of the vastness of the ELT culture.

In terms of the course itself I can only thank and congratulate you. It is an amazing learning experience and I couldn't hope for better teachers. I learned a lot. There are some things that it can't be controlled like the weather. So it was always hot even though you have air conditioning.

A very good training course. My expectations were fully met.

It was very professional and well-managed. The only thing I didn't quite enjoy were the printers (sometimes there were troubles) and the feedback sessions. I'd prefer them to be more like a coaching and less focused on the mark. I would've appreciated more debate between the students and deeper analysis on the weaknesses and strengths of every one.

One of the best experiences in language teaching I had. Classrooms could have been cleaner and better equipped. Other than that, everything was great. I always recommend it.
