This is a very professionally run course. I've been training in various capacities for many years, and I know how hard it is to keep learners on track in a course with the intensity of the CELTA (and make no mistake - this is a rewarding program, but it's tough). Dave and his team did a fantastic job of dragging us all through the course, and I feel that I really gained something in the process. Best features for me were the opportunity to prac teach with current international students within the same school (a previous course I looked at on the Coast had us sourcing our own prac teaching placements, which seems almost impossible?!), and the content of the course itself. So, no negatives. This is a hard course, but a good one.

The course was a wonderful experience. It was a hectic month and my life became CELTA but I gained so much knowledge and experience and met some awesome people (ESL and CELTA students/teachers). I would recommend the course to anyone, especially someone who has some self doubts about teaching ESL; an intensive course like CELTA puts you on the spot and forces you to realise your ability.

Overall great course. Plenty of support and encouragement.
