My overall experience on the CELTA course was very positive. Although the course was intensive and at times very challenging, it was also extremely rewarding. The combination of input sessions, teaching practice, and constructive feedback from tutors provided me with both the theoretical background and practical classroom skills I was hoping to gain. I especially appreciated the supportive atmosphere created by the tutors and peers, which made the learning process collaborative and motivating. Overall, the CELTA journey was a very positive experience for me. The Teaching Practice component was the part of the course that contributed most to my professional development. Her approach made it clear that everyone’s presence mattered and that each contribution counted. My only small suggestion would be to adjust the balance between input and activities. Sometimes there seemed to be slightly too many interactive tasks at the beginning, which might have been more effective after the main input. This is, however, just a personal preference and a minor point. As for Nazan Hoca, she seemed a bit less experienced, and it appeared she might need additional support to deliver sessions as effectively as possible. With more guidance, I believe she could develop further and become more confident in her delivery. In conclusion, the CELTA course was both enriching and transformative. I leave it not only with stronger skills but also with renewed motivation and respect for our profession.

Everything was absolutely perfect!

The CELTA course was tough but very rewarding. I learned so much in a short time, especially about lesson planning, managing the classroom, and reflecting on my teaching. It gave me more confidence and showed me how much I can improve with practice and feedback.

I was very happy that my paths crossed with my tutors during the TPs (Figen and Katy) They were very helpful throughout the course and their guidance was very encouraging. In July 18 , recently I completed my CELTA course. I gained valuable skills in English language teaching. I was from zero English teaching experience to a knowledgeable and skilled English teacher because of CELTA training. Furthermore, the British tutor Katherine, her nickname is Katy was extremely supportive and kept sending reminder emails about CELTA assignments's deadlines, which was necessary because CELTA candidates feel stressed as a result of this intensive course. I traveled from overseas to Turkey, and my experience was worth it. Also, I recommend talking this course in Turkey because you are going to enjoy the beauty of this country, particularly the capital city, Ankara. I already miss Ankara and I want to visit it again in the near future hopefully. Best regards Marwa

The tutors were amazing and always supportive throughout the course. I’ve learned a great deal from them, both in terms of methodology and practical classroom techniques. However, the physical conditions of the building made the learning environment a bit challenging. The building was quite old, and during hot days, the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable. We also faced several technical issues such as problems with the smart board, unstable internet connection, etc. Despite these difficulties, the quality of the training and support from the tutors made the overall experience valuable.

Even though the course itself is self-study, I still have really supportive tutors, Simon and Elna, who answer my questions for each part of the assignment. What truly impressed me was when Simon wished our country, Vietnam, a happy Reunification Day — it was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.

Since our training was conducted online, I did not have the opportunity to benefit from the institution's facilities. Due to being assigned abroad and working during class hours, I was only able to watch the class recordings afterward. However, I would like to emphasize that Simon was very supportive throughout the process, and his approach was both professional and exemplary. It is an institution I have recommended to people around me.

Overall, the course has been a challenging and rewarding experience. While it was definitely stressful at times, working with my tutor made a big difference and helped reduce a lot of the extra pressure. The live sessions were not held as expected, and the stickies were not received on time. Additionally, one of the TP sessions was canceled, which was disappointing. On an arduous DELTA Module 3 journey, I could always rely on the highly qualified support of Simon, the ATI Director, and the centre tutors, who carefully guided our group of trainees through all the parts of the assignment, providing constructive feedback and valuable insights both in the Moodle platform and Zoom sessions. ATI offers a very attractive fee for high-level training. I definitely recommend the training centre.

Directions are given, knowledge levels are set, my mind is pushed to build a multi-layer cross-reference neural network of learning backrounds, methodological approaches, lesson shapes, learning and teaching styles, 'massively interconnected' with language systems and communicative skills. . After all, the DM1 exam is a tester of whether such a network has been built/exists in the candidate's brain. Thanks to the tutors, I now have a different quality of pedagogical thinking.

The course has been an intense experience for me. The majority of the input sessions were like a review of my BA courses, however, it was a very nice experience to get together with teachers from all around the country. The biggest contribution of this course to my teaching is TP sessions and the feedback I received from my tutors. Now, I am more aware of my strengths and weaknesses in my teaching.

I like how teaching how to teach was enhanced through different input sessions, and feedback I received one of the tutors contributed me a lot in my 6th years of teaching. I also think some things should be improved. There are serious disparities on the feedback we received from different two tutors related to "online" teaching. They had very different ideas when to use BORs, how to use them, how to arrange interaction patterns in online lessons etc. When two tutors tell you something so opposite to each other. It feels like it is not a standard but an opinion.However, we were obliged to follow their opinions and got unfair feedback when we didn't follow them. If something is really criteria to follow they should be standardized. Furthermore, I saw different tutors do not use Zoom effectively, for instance some of them shared their PPT on presenter view. I think if tutors worked and taught with technology, they should have known better how to teach online and they should be standardized certain things.

It was nice in total,thank you very much for everthing but tutors ı have met with one (second half)my tutors just five minutes before my tp, she did not have any inputs, and we did not communicate enough, because she let us just before the lesson, since other collegues know and can communicate easily it was unfair, our first Tutor Miss Selen was great, she did an earlier meeting with us, always took us to the class at least 15 minutes early so we could talk and get our notes. And for students I wish you found us students, since nobody showed off, I created whats app group amd invite the students, so they just came for the sake of me, and sometimes they left early, it was unfair to my collegues again.

It was an intensive course as they suggested. However, now I am a confident teacher candidate thanks to our training!

This was a good introductory course to teacher training. The course not only covered important topics like giving feedback and designing professional development sessions for teachers, the instructors used a wide variety of online learning tools to enhance the online training and equip the participants for their future training opportunities. The course was especially enjoyable and motivating due to other participants' consistent and timely interaction.

I really enjoyed the mixture of theory and practice this course had to offer. I really liked the fact that the course's topics were very relevant to my field of work and that although the course was exclusively online, we were indeed able to share our comments and ideas with one another. The amount of content we had to get through was also spread out quite evenly during the entire eight weeks.

I loved the Train the Trainer course, even if just online! It was a wonderful experience, I feel like we learned a lot and it was very nice to have something to look forward to every week!

It has been overall a smooth course thanks to clear instructions in every step and objectives shared at the beginning of every week both on the platform and via e-mail.
