I think overall this has been an eye-opening experience for me. Even though it was really intensive and demanding in the first week, I managed to adapt and got to the hang of it soon. I also learned so many new things and made friends with my colleagues. The tutors were really helpful. They gave us useful advice and information that was needed for us to improve during and after the course.

Natalia and Michael are fantastic trainers who are really supportive and inspiring. But what impressed me the most is their wealth of knowledge and expetise. I learned a great deal from them not only as a trainee but also as a person. I am deeply grateful for their teaching and help. Regarding the Celta course, it has transformed the way I teach, to be more student-centered, effective and efficient. This is absolutelty a worthwhile course for any English teacher.

Besides the fact that it was quite intensive, CELTA was an amazing experience that taught me how to become a better teacher. The teaching practices allowed us to practice the theoretical aspect of teaching. With the guidance of Natalie and Michael, I was able to reflect on my weaknesses and strengths as a teacher. Highly recommendable course for anyone who would like to start their career as a EFL teacher or even for experienced teachers who want to keep investing in their development. However, the installations are a bit run down. We had problems with the AC, WIFI and sometimes the classrooms weren't cleaned. The classrooms were too small for the two large groups that we had.

I went into the course aware that it was rigorous. I chose a rigorous course because I had no teaching experience and I wanted to ensure that I was able to teach effectively after just one month. I feel that this course went above and beyond my expectations. I truly feel as though I have the necessary foundation to begin teaching ESL. The tutors were absolutely incredible, and I commend them for the amount of work they put in towards moulding us into effective ESL teachers.

The tutors, Michael and Natalie, are really amazing. Their feedback sessions were extremely useful for me and my peers as they analyzed our lessons as well as performances in detail. Also, they are definitely the role models for those who want to be great teachers.

Overall it was a very good learning experience. The course itself, while intensive, served the purpose very well. I personally enjoyed the challenges and pressure, the tutors were very knowledgeable and professional, strict yet caring and encouraging. The fact that we were being taught relevant techniques and approaches through them using the very same thing was a very nice touch, it showed me that this really works.

It was a really good experience overall. It certainly wasn't easy, demanding on both time and abilities, but the tutors seemed to ensure that we wouldn't get broken while getting molded into better teachers. I feel like I got a lot out of the one month.

The tutors Michael N and Natalia V are competent and very good at their jobs. This is not to say we students weren’t at times frustrated by them, but our frustration was an inevitable consequence of the course’s design. That is, at times they let us go to figure things out for ourselves. I knew that this measured disengagement was part of the plan. CELTA was an invigorating experience for me, but at times it was even more stressful than I had expected. I fully endorse Michael and Natalia and tried to take aboard every syllable they tried to give me. Two thumbs up for these two valuable instructors

It was an intensive but a great course. The tutors were amazing and made our journey a lot better and easier. The Internet connection was a bit unstable as it kept reconnecting and we had to reconnect every few mins. Other than that, there were really no problems, even if there were, they're not worth mentioning. Overall, I had a great experience connecting and getting to know different people and work with them.

My overall experience has been positive. I recommend taking the course with Michael and Natalie. They were quite strict in terms of teaching in order to push us forward and I believe that makes me a better teacher

Apollo is a great place to have my CELTA course. The building is located in central Hanoi and it is equipped with sufficient facilities to support the course. Starting from the pre-interview process up to the end of CELTA, the staff has been very helpful. The tutors were very professional and supportive during the course; they provided excellent support for me and it helped me complete the course.

It was a great experience when I could meet and learn from outstanding people. Michael and Zach are fantastic tutors with different styles of teaching and guidance. I've learned a lot from them. Although the course was really intensive, other trainees and tutors were supportive and gave me a lot of advice. I had a satisfactory experience and learned a lot in the course

I did my CELTA course with Michael and Zach this July, and it was one of the best courses I have ever taken. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, patient and enthusiastic. I gained both theoretical and practice knowledge which gave me more confidence in teaching. Thank you, Apollo and I will definitely recommend this course to everyone who wants to take CELTA.

An excellent course, very well structured, though a bit too intense. All of the tutors were extremely supportive and helpful and provided excellent feedback. Location was fine and easy to get too. The aircon was broken in rooms which made them very hot and there were delays in fixing it. The CELTA room was cramped and PCs had various configurations some had WORD some did not etc. The rooms and facilities were only weak spot on course but they were generally fine. We could have done with more students attending class. Otherwise excellent.

I had a wonderful time learning useful input sessions together with experiencing tough but essential Teaching Practice. My tutors were very supportive throughout the course, and I feel so grateful for being encouraged to discover the knowledge by myself. The course was intense and you can count on your tutors to help you at any time. As for the staff in the center, they are very nice people also keen to help if you need anything.

The course was intense and challenging but with the help of two fantastic tutors, we all succeeded in our goal of attaining the CELTA. Having the opportunity to learn from Joelle, one of the most inspiring and talented teachers I have ever seen was a true bonus, and she is a credit to your school. The sole reason the facilities didn't get full five stars is because the air conditioning was not working for the first three weeks in the TP practise rooms, and teaching lessons was like a sauna sometimes! But the other facilities (interactive monitors, computers, course books etc) were excellent and the staff working there were lovely and friendly, and the air conditioning was fixed shortly before we left.

My tutors were great and very helpful. I enjoyed the course and learned a lot from it. The only thing is the rooms were hot and it was pretty irritating sometimes.

Completing the CELTA at the Apollo (Hanoi) is without doubt the best decision I made when selecting a training facility and location. This is truly an intensive course, and without the unconditional support of the tutors (a massive shout-out to CELTA trainer Joelle, you are an angel and a real credit to Apollo!), the administrative staff and amazing students, completing this course would have been nigh impossible. I honestly couldn't recommend the Apollo in Hanoi highly enough and hope to continue my teaching career with them! Thank you for all the guidance and support.

Joelle and Phil were outstanding tutors, both so knowledgeable and skilled and ready to support us in any way they could. The air conditioning in the teaching rooms was an ongoing issue during the course which did make the rooms uncomfortable and we were there in Spring so I can’t imagine what it could be like in Summer.

Overall, it was ntensive but awesome in the end. I'm very glad I had done it in Hanoi with these trainers! The classes on DVD were a bid outdated and tepid. Lindsay's was Ok because she used the interactive whiteboard and was pretty on it. But Jane's and Frances' felt a bit outdated.

I feel the course is challenging for both tutors and trainees, Billy and Graeme are true assets in that they're organisation is reasoned, informed and well implemented so as to create the best possible circumstances and environment for the trainees.

Overall, the course met all my expectations. It's a good start for inexperienced ESL teachers.

Great, helpful course which did everything I expected.

I had an really great month doing my CELTA at Apollo Hanoi! A lot of it had to do with the amazing people that I got to work with, such a hardworking, supportive group :) Given how intensive the course is, being surrounded by positive people really helps. The tutors were also really nice and helpful. My favorite part was probably the teaching practices. The students were nice and eager to learn, and afterwards there were always workshops where you and your peers give candid and constructive feedback. The facilities were pretty nice, even though I am from Hanoi I didn't have working space where I was staying so I spent a lot of time in the trainee's room where there are literally everything you need to prepare for you lesson. The area around the center has a lot of good, cheap, local eateries less than a 5 minute walk away. Overall would definitely recommend.

I am so glad that I took my CELTA course at Apollo International House in Hanoi. My CELTA tutors Chris and Flo were amazing. They genuinely care about their students, their progress as teachers, and their future careers. They are also great role models and I am glad to have them as a future resource as I start my career in English teaching. Also, Hanoi is a great city to be in. The people are really nice and the food is amazing. It makes the hard days of CELTA much easier when you can stay in Hanoi.

Both Chris and Flo are clearly excellent teachers and that shows during the course. Not only did they exceed my expectation in terms of teaching expertise, they also did a great job creating an environment that was both enjoyable and educational. The combination of these factors meant that the course was overall a fun and rewarding experience.

I loved the course and instructors. The building was under construction with limited functionality, which was frustrating. The commute from my district in Dong Da is long, but I understand that most foreigners live near Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem, and Tay Ho. Overall, I am proud, honored, and pleased to have been a CELTA trainee.
