Overall, my experience studying at Apollo was a positive one. However, the facilities should definitely be improved, especially the Wi-Fi, because most of the days, I couldn't use the Wi-Fi properly. Most of the time, I needed to use my mobile hotspot, so I really hope that will be fixed in the future. The AC sometimes smelled really bad, and that’s not just my complaint but the students’ as well. The toilets on the 6th floor were okay, but the ones on the 4th floor were dirty because most of the time there were a lot of students and teachers sharing the same toilets, so they need to clean the toilets more frequently and make sure that they don't smell bad. There were not enough wipers as well. I once needed to run into room 14 to borrow a wiper to wipe the board in room 12. It's also very inconvenient that we need to go to the first floor to take the elevator and are not able to take the elevator from the basement. Parking is also another issue, because there are a lot of motorbikes there, and sometimes taking our bikes out is really a real hassle.

The CELTA course was a challenging yet rewarding experience that significantly improved my teaching skills. Michael and Natalia provided excellent guidance, support, and constructive feedback throughout. The facilities were well-equipped and conducive to learning. Overall, the course was highly valuable and professionally delivered, offering a strong foundation in English language teaching.

I’m sincerely grateful for the opportunity to be part of this CELTA course with Michael and Natalia. The course challenged me a lot, but it also helped me grow significantly as a teacher. I learned so much from their guidance, from my peers, and from the students I taught and observed.

Its intense but worth it. You walk away with a lot of knowledge and experience from such a short time.

The CELTA at Apollo Education and Training International House Hanoi was a well-run and supportive course. Tutors Michael and Natalie helped us navigate the rigors of the course and mentored each of us to success. I finished the course absolutely exhausted but with a deep sense of accomplishment. So much of that is due to the effort and care of Natalie and Michael. If you are looking to take the CELTA abroad, I highly recommend Apollo Education and Training International House Hanoi.
