That whole month was an unforgettable experience which both provided a so needed personal and professional challenge and enriched my ideas hoard for the future!

I loved the course. Everyone were kind and helpful. I would only like it if the computers in the library were a bit faster.

AVO Sofia is a wonderful destination to study Module 2 of Delta. The team of tutors are highly-experienced, available, and knowledgeable and will challenge you to perform at your best. The course is ultra-intensive, as you should expect, but Sofia provides moments of relaxation, and discovery for when you need a break! I chose the option which included accommodation, and this was super convenient - only a couple of minutes from the school. Since there isn't much free time, any time-saving advantage helps. The students we taught were lovely as well. Overall, this was a great life experience.

The CELTA course was an amazing experience for me - I gained some very useful knowledge that I will definitely apply in my future teaching job. The tutors were extremely helpful and supportive; my fellow trainees were wonderful and were always willing to help as well.

The CELTA course for me was like Graduate School condensed into 4 weeks. It was absolutely exhausting. Nevertheless, I have to say it was perhaps one of the most helpful teacher-training courses out there. I personally struggled with creating dynamic lessons. The tutors at AVO-Bell helped me structure my lessons so they would be both engaging and fun for the students. The feedback sessions were also helpful and made me aware of some of my strength and weaknesses as a teacher. My only criticism is that the tutors sometimes differed in their expectations of the trainees -- some were more lenient than others. It was a demanding course but it was totally worth it!

The CELTA course has been a fantastic experience and I continue to appreciate more and more the quality of the professional training it has given me. I can only share the best of impressions about my tutors and the administrative staff and would recommend it to anyone, who'd like to be trained in the most modern and effective English teaching methods.

It was informative and it included an element of surprise meaning information about suggestopedia, which I liked a lot. It was demanding as well but manageable.

My course concluded in September, 2014, yet I still keep impressive memories from it. It was organised very well, the tutors were eager to share their knowledge end expertise with me. As a result, I was able to meet the requirements of the course and finalize my work related to the DELTA 2 module successfully. Currently I apply 100% of what I heve learnt during the course in practice. The course has shaped me as a professional in an excellent way!

Great course, the teaching staff/instructors were really committed, thorough, knowledgeable and fully engaged in the practice of helping learners get the best out the experience. Whether it was planning, looking at the theoretical aspects or designing activities for ELT, or simply just being there for a friendly collegial chat, the instructors were always there. Very nice, reasonable accommodation within walking distance of the centre was also an added advantage.

The course was very well organised and it covered all the aspects a new teacher should be trained in. The tutors were prepared for every session and were always there to help you and guide you with useful ideas and moral suport. It was a great experience.

It was a very intensive course, but I enjoyed it tremendously! I was quite lucky to be in a group of very enthusiastic and supportive people and we managed to not only help each other, but truly work as a team quite often. Our tutors were experienced and very, very helpful, even out of working hours - they were always available and ready with helpful tips and advice. The workload is significant, but they made it worth it - there wasn't a moment when I didn't feel my work appreciated and my efforts well paid off. I should mention that the administrative staff was also very understanding and helpful! As to the location - the place is great! Situated right in the center of Sofia, it's a lovely area and very well connected. There was a park right behind the building and it made for great studying sessions in a calm atmosphere! Overall it was great and I would definitely recommend it!
