Istanbul is a major city in Turkey that straddles Europe and Asia across the Bosphorus Strait. Its Old City reflects cultural influences of the many empires that once ruled here. In the Sultanahmet district, the open-air, Roman-era Hippodrome was for centuries the site of chariot races, and Egyptian obelisks also remain. The iconic Byzantine Hagia Sophia features a soaring 6th-century dome and rare Christian mosaics.
The course tutors were so helpful and we have learned a lot during courses.
The CELTA course has significantly contributed to my professional development and opened new opportunities in my teaching career. It provided a strong foundation in practical teaching methodology, classroom management, and lesson planning, which helped me gain confidence and credibility as an English language teacher.
The course was an intense but rewarding experience. I learned a lot and grew both professionally and personally.
