I've had a real intensive course and learned so many useful things that affects my career for sure. I'm so happy that I went to ITI to get my CELTA certification because everything was well-prepared and well-organized.

I really felt comfortable being in a welcoming institute. Everything was done professionally and the teaching quality was as what I would expect from the Cambridge University.

It was such an amazing experience. I'd like to thank all my tutors for their supports throughout the course and the most enjoyable classes ever and the administrative staff for the smooth process.

I did my Module 1 and 3 courses with ITI. I found the 'how to' guides as well as writing style guides extremely useful. I always knew what I was supposed to be doing and when it was due. The forum was great for addressing any issues that arouse while writing our papers and I appreciate Sally patiently answering sometimes obvious and repetitive questions that trainees come up with at the moment of panic. Overall, a very positive experience and I got Distinction for Module 1 and Merit for Module 3!

I did the YLE in August 2016. The tutors were fantastic - very supportive, always available. The administrative staff were also very helpful and friendly, but I would have appreciated getting course information a bit earlier. The course was moved to a new location at the last minute where we experienced problems with the internet connection and printing facilites. The staff made every effort to solve these problems, but it was very,very frustrating because the problems took a while to sort out.
