CELTA in Bahrain

Thimar Teacher Training Center is part of Thimar Group, a specialized in Quality of Education consulting firm which was founded in 2012. Since then Thimar has proven record in assisting various educational institutions in Bahrain to meet the national quality of education requirements.

For those living in Saudi Arabia, our center is only 1 hour drive from Dammam which makes it very easy for them to drive to attend the course.

Accommodation

We do not have our own accommodation however we do support the candidates in finding a suitable accommodation that fits their needs.

Refund Policy

As per our Quality Policies and Procedures manual, Policy No.8 "Grievance, Appeal and Refund": Learners and stakeholders are able to appeal against the training or assessment and are able to ask for refund. Learners and stakeholders are able to raise their concerns and grievance against any decision.

The aim of this policy is to govern the process of learners or client grievance against any of the institute’s decisions or acts. It also enables the learner to appeal against any assessment results. The policy also allows the learners to ask for refund.

1. In the case of any grievance, appeal or a refund request, the appeal from must be completed and official submitted to the management (Form No. 10.64)
2. An appeal committee has to be formed and has to official study the appeal request. The meeting(s) must be documented.
3. Descriptive written feedback of the decision must be given to the appealing person or client.
4. In case of a refund: Refund is only possible if the cancelation of the training request is made before 5 working days of the starting date. No refund is payable after the start of the course or if the cancelation request is received in less than two days of the course starting date. In case of externally accredited courses, any paid membership fee, or examination fee will not be refunded unless per the respective awarding body’s policy.
