The tutors were amazing and always supportive throughout the course. I’ve learned a great deal from them, both in terms of methodology and practical classroom techniques. However, the physical conditions of the building made the learning environment a bit challenging. The building was quite old, and during hot days, the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable. We also faced several technical issues such as problems with the smart board, unstable internet connection, etc. Despite these difficulties, the quality of the training and support from the tutors made the overall experience valuable.

Even though the course itself is self-study, I still have really supportive tutors, Simon and Elna, who answer my questions for each part of the assignment. What truly impressed me was when Simon wished our country, Vietnam, a happy Reunification Day — it was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.

I wholeheartedly thank my tutors for the great content and wonderful insights. It was both entertaining and informative on my part. I really enjoyed the sessions, and even the assignments. I received very helpful feedback, comments, and help whenever I needed.
