The planning was very clear and well structured, and everything that was stated in the plan was easy to follow. The tutors were extremely responsive, and the respect they showed towards the trainees was truly appreciated. This positive attitude alone makes me confident in recommending this center to my friends. What was especially important to me was the level of understanding and support I received due to my personal circumstances. As I am based in Iran, after the Christmas period the situation in my country became very unstable and the internet was cut off. Once I finally managed to find a connection and contact my tutor, my dear Aida was incredibly understanding. She immediately communicated with the management team, and as a result, I experienced much less stress during the second half of the course — despite being in a very difficult emotional and personal situation. During the first half of the course, dear Jane was also outstanding. My classmates and I benefited greatly from her knowledge and experience. Overall, having professional tutors who genuinely valued us as trainees, along with clear and careful planning, were all strong positive points for me. I am very grateful to Stafford House and my valuable, highly competent, and professional tutors.
